Enquiries and project agreements
Submitting a form or sending an email is an enquiry, not an order, a booking or an agreement to provide services. A project proceeds only after the scope, contracting party, fees, responsibilities and relevant terms have been set out and agreed separately in writing. Website descriptions are an overview and do not replace that agreement.
Scope and specialist work
Space planning, furniture and finish selection, and project coordination are provided only within the agreed scope. Structural engineering, building services, statutory approvals, regulated professional work and construction are not implied by a general website description. Qualified specialists, contractors or suppliers must be appointed where needed. Responsibility for obtaining approvals and appointing specialists will be agreed for the project.
Costs, products and timing
Any estimate or initial discussion is subject to an agreed specification and written proposal. Product availability, supplier prices and lead times can change. Procurement, installation, third-party charges, taxes and project changes must be addressed in the relevant agreement. No fixed price or completion date is promised by this website.
