OUR APPROACH

A clear plan.
A better space.

The best outcomes begin with the right questions. We make room for exploration, then give each decision a practical next step.

01

First, we listen.

Tell us what is changing: your team, your customers, your location or the way you work. We discuss the space, your priorities, the budget you have in mind and your timing.

THE OUTCOMEA shared brief and a proposed scope.
02

Then, we shape it.

We explore spatial options and a visual direction. Layout, furniture and material choices are considered together, so you can see how individual decisions support the whole.

03

Bring the pieces together.

Once the direction is agreed, we develop the specification and coordinate the next steps with the suppliers and specialists involved. Responsibilities, lead times and approvals stay visible.

04

Stay with the details.

We support the agreed delivery stages, track open decisions and help review the result. The final details should receive the same care as the first idea.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

A few good
questions.

Do we need a finished brief?

No. An address or area, the type of space and a short description of what you want to change are enough to start a conversation.

Can you work with our existing furniture?

Yes. We can explore how to incorporate furniture and features you want to keep, subject to their condition, fit and the agreed scope.

Can we bring our own contractor?

We can discuss working alongside your appointed suppliers and contractors. Roles, responsibilities and communication arrangements are agreed before work begins.

How are fees and timings agreed?

After an initial discussion, we set out the proposed scope, fees, assumptions and next steps. Supplier costs, lead times and any specialist requirements are confirmed separately as appropriate.

Do you take on projects outside London?

London is our focus. If your project is elsewhere, send us a brief and we will let you know whether we can help.
